Shop Policies and FAQs

At STELLA CHROMA, you will find Big 5 free, cruelty free artisan lacquers, oils, balms, sugar scrubs, and hand creams made in small batches using high quality ingredients. All products are tested extensively (on friends and other willing participants. Never animals!) before bottling and listing so that our customers don't have to worry about anything curling, melting, or bleeding. As with any skin care product, please test out oils, balms, scrubs, and hand creams on a small area of skin before to using on larger areas. If you experience any skin reactions, discontinue use immediately.

Sweet almond oil and apricot kernel oil are used in our oil blends. Please be aware if you have any allergies.

Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify. You may also choose Paypal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or Shop Pay. Items will not ship until payment is cleared. Sales tax will be collected when appropriate. 

Shipping

Designated shipping days are Tuesday and Saturday. Processing time is 2-5 business days.

Packages are shipped via USPS First Class. Larger orders will be shipped via Priority Mail due to weight restrictions. Tracking numbers are provided. USPS is currently experiencing delays with shipping. Unfortunately, these issues are beyond our control. If you've checked tracking and you haven't had any movement of your package or it's delayed by a week, email pam@stellachroma.com.

Be sure to double check your address. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly. 

Refund Policy

Every effort is made for accurate product photos shown in different lighting and on different skin tones. Due to the handmade nature of our polishes, small variances may occur from batch to batch. Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to exchange a nail polish or hand care product because they are not to your taste. If there is a defect with your product, please email pam@stellachroma.com and we will make it right.
